Awesome workmanship lead by their leader Mahadi. Gave alot of advise on routing and saved alot of unnecessary and ugly trunking. Mahadi will always check any other area that needs to be improved or change if needed. Just an awesome team.
There were 2 servicing crew that came. One of them name Mr Chinna was very good at explaining what causes the leakage of my aircon and both have a polite manner. They came and did their job well amd leave with no mess too. Warm friendly smiles great service frm those 2!
I recently did aircon servicing and a chemical wash, and Hussain was the technician assigned. Previously, another technician from the company came and said the chemical wash couldn’t be done because of my house’s false ceiling. He even suggested that I cut part of the ceiling to proceed, which was quite worrying. However, when Hussain came, he confidently said it wasn’t necessary. He had his own method and managed to complete the chemical wash without cutting the false ceiling. Everything was done properly and professionally. Really impressed with his skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. Great service and highly recommended. Well done, Hussain!
Had a great experience with the aircon servicing. Technician Tajel was thorough in cleaning the air-conditioning units and took the time to explain the condition of both the FCU and CU that require monitoring and need chemical wash. He's not pushy on the chemical wash but just asking me to note on the FCU and CUs that needs attention. His professionalism and honest recommendations gave me confidence in their service. Based on this experience, I decided to sign up for a maintenance contract with them. Highly recommended!
