Had a really satisfying seafood meal here. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared, especially the clams — juicy, plump, and nicely seasoned with garlic and sauce. The prawns were also a highlight, cooked just right with a rich, savory gravy that paired well with rice. We also had a fish steamboat, and the broth was flavorful and comforting, with a nice balance of sweetness from the vegetables and depth from the fish. The fish slices were fresh and not overly fishy, which is a big plus. Overall, the dishes felt homely and hearty, perfect for sharing. Portion sizes were reasonable for the price. The only small improvement would be slightly less oil in some dishes, but taste-wise, it was enjoyable.

Review for 33 Xian Seafood Village Rating: 3/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐ We recently hosted a large gathering at 33 Xian Seafood Village on Sembawang Road, booking two tables for our group. While there were certainly some highlights to the meal, the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag, leading to a middle-of-the-road rating. On the positive side, the menu is quite extensive with a wide array of seafood and traditional zi char dishes. The standout dish was definitely their specialty, the Shark Lips. It’s a unique delicacy that was prepared well with a nice texture and deep flavor. We also appreciated the nice gesture at the end of the meal when they provided our group with icy cold desserts, which was a pleasant way to finish. However, the experience didn't quite hit the mark for a top-tier rating. With such a large variety of dishes ordered, the consistency was lacking—while some plates were good, others were fairly average and didn't stand out in terms of freshness or execution compared to other zi char spots. The service, while occasionally thoughtful, felt a bit stretched handling our two tables during the peak period. It’s a decent enough spot if you’re in the area and looking for a big family dinner with some unique menu items, but there is definitely room for improvement in making the meal consistently high-quality across the board.

Had my pre-birthday dinner at Xian Seafood Village and it was a really enjoyable experience 🥳🎂🦞 The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for gatherings, celebrations and family dinners 🍽️✨ Most importantly, the seafood was very fresh 🦀🦐🐟 The prawns, fish and lala were especially fresh and sweet 🤤🔥 Every dish we ordered was delicious and well cooked 💯😋 They also offer some very good promotions, which made the meal even more worth it 👍💰 My personal favourite dish of the night was definitely the Lobster Hor Fun 🦞🍜✨ Super flavourful and seriously shiok 🤤 Overall, a very satisfying seafood dinner. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again 🙌🔥

The seafood here is super fresh — you can really tell it’s delivered daily. Everything we tried tasted clean and flavorful. Love that they’re open 24 hours, which makes it such a convenient spot for late-night cravings. Another big plus: no GST or service charge, and they accept CDC vouchers, which makes it even more worth it. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Service was fast and the normal zi char dishes were okay, but the fish head steamboat didn't quite hit the mark for us. The broth was way too bland and lacked that rich flavor you crave. Quick service, but standard flavours.
