Relying on reviews in this app is disrespectful. Companies and stores that use paid services always find a way to delete negative reviews. Because of this, I almost never use this app. Although I must say their maps are incredibly detailed.

They're terrible. My company was immediately deleted based on a customer complaint, even though I'm always available. I submitted a request to be added a week ago. The operator calls me and pretends to be you-know-who. I work all over Kazakhstan, and only Shymkent has such rude people. You truly live up to your reputation, you-know-what. They've fabricated reviews for themselves, using the names of their employees. Google yourself, this navigator is top-notch. 🔥

The information update speed is very slow, as Sayramskaya Street has been open for a while now, but it refuses to generate a route at all. From the 16th microdistrict to Bezdelov Street, the app tried to navigate all the back streets and parallel streets I'd need to travel through, but I couldn't see the date, especially since it's 1:00 a.m., meaning there's virtually no traffic on the street. Although this is just one of many examples. I don't understand why it's trying to find the optimal route, but these routes don't reflect reality at all. The most interesting thing is that on streets with divided carriageways, it prompts you to turn right into barriers. And it doesn't show one-way streets either. Overall, there are a lot of issues.

The app is excellent, I'm giving it a 4 to address some minor issues. For example, when it suggests a shortcut, you can specify that the road is gravel, uneven, or unpaved, or specify the number of speed bumps. My job requires me to use the app frequently, and when I arrive, I wonder why I even took that road when there are better ones.
