Super software. Super usluga.

Garson package for a restaurant bought 10 years ago. Paid around 1,300 euros. Now that software that was bought and paid for then is no longer worth anything. You have to buy a new Garson 7 as the kind girl from NS said. Since the salesman Milos, from Belgrade did not answer the phone (after the first call) when he saw who was calling him. What can I tell you, there was an option to buy the software or to pay for maintenance.... whoever chose the more expensive option and bought it, threw away the money... I understand the market conditions, I understand....the situation...but this is not business correct. So I definitely advise avoiding this company

The Hotelier program from the software company 2D Soft has a lot of potential, but it is enslaved by some crude operating logic, so it can easily turn into a nightmare if you are a receptionist who has to work with it. Technical support is only helpful in the area in which the programmers initially intended the program to function, and updates bring almost nothing new. This program does not have a "wizard" or intuitive operating logic. For these reasons, I would not recommend this program to my colleagues.
