I never leave reviews but I was just so pleased with the services they provided that I honestly had to leave one. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dmytro who created our google business page about 3 years ago and I can’t say enough good things about the service they provide. It was great working with Jigme and staff to have a virtual tour of St. Matthews Kitchener done. The end result is stunning. Thank you! Unfortunately there were some issues linking the photos together for the virtual tour (they said it was Google's fault), and it took a few months to finally resolve, and a dozen emails to remind/ check on the progress. They were prompt in communicating throughout the process, and I realize some of the software and upload issues are beyond their control. They did come in a second time to shoot some extra exterior photos to link the outside with the inside, which is above and beyond what we paid for, but I would have expected them to do that the first time around. Overall, great value though and we're satisfied.

Was looking for 360 tour and they were the best price as well as the best customer service. I wasn't available to be there the day of the shoot and was stressed they weren't going cover the right angles to show off the priority products I needed to be highlighted. However they didn't need any guidance at all and did a better job then I could have hopped for. They were also very accommodating for schedule
