We just finished the process of purchasing a property with Century 21, and thanks to Fujii-san everything was such an easy and smooth process Fujii-San is so welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very comfortable even when we can’t speak Japanese. We specially appreciated that because it was something we were worried about at first, but immediately noticed this was not a problem at all working with Century 21 We initially thought the process of purchasing a house would be very difficult and exhausting, but it was quite the opposite thanks to Fujii-San, even when we were not familiar at all with these kind of procedures (it’s our first time purchasing a home!), it was so easy and fast. After just a month and a few weeks we are now able to move in! He was very skilled using the translator so communication was very smooth all the time, we were able to understand every step of the process and he was so kind to thoughtfully explain everything and make sure we were comfortable all the time.
