Reliable, professional WordPress support - exactly what we needed. We’d been putting off sorting out our WordPress site for a while, mainly because we weren’t sure who to trust and didn’t want to make things worse. It’s a busy ecommerce site and we knew there may be issues, given the time that had passed since our last updates. It actually took a bit of searching to find 1WL - they weren’t showing up in many results at the time, but I’m very glad we found them. Their team were great from the start. They took the time to understand how everything was set up, including contacting our hosting company to get the access they needed to safely take a full site backup. Then they set up a copy of the site to work on behind the scenes, so they could update WordPress, its themes, plugins and PHP, without risk to the live site. They were extremely thorough, testing each change step by step and keeping us updated as they went. Everything was carefully handled - nothing was rushed. A few unexpected issues cropped up during the process but they investigated, explained what was going on and fixed them quickly. Since then, we’ve signed up to their monthly WordPress support plan, which includes regular website maintenance, and haven’t looked back. The site’s fully up to date, running smoothly, and we know someone’s keeping an eye on it properly now. We’ve already needed them to look into a few other issues since, which they’ve sorted - no fuss. We've scheduled additional security upgrades and we're looking at building new features to help automate more of our online processes. It’s great to finally feel like we’ve got a proper long-term partner for the site.
