After the birth of our child, we had a new house built with natural materials by Ecomo in 2023. From the land search stage onwards, we received a variety of advice from the architect and real estate specialist, which made the land purchase process go smoothly. When deciding on the specifications for our home, we received a lot of advice from not only the architect but also a person called a coordinator, which made the process very enjoyable. Everyone at Ecomo, as well as the carpenters and curtain makers involved, were very friendly and knowledgeable, which allowed us to build our home with peace of mind. The completed home is very comfortable in both summer and winter, and it's very comfortable no matter where you are in the house! Ecomo's natural material home is not only comfortable, but just touching the solid wood floors and looking at the diatomaceous earth walls makes you feel very happy. As it was our first time building a home, we had many concerns, but the more time goes by, the more we feel glad that we chose Ecomo. We hope to cherish this home for a long time. We asked ecomo to design and build our house. Because the walls are made of diatomaceous earth, the humidity inside the room remains stable, making it comfortable to live in throughout the year. We have a dog, and it's also helpful that there aren't many odors inside the house. The children's room on the second floor has a sloped ceiling and an exposed wood design, which we like as it shows the quality of the wood used. Having actually lived in the house, we feel that it's been carefully designed not only to make it easier to live in on a daily basis.

When considering building a new house, I visited several companies and got quotes, but the major companies offered little freedom in terms of design and details, and I didn't like the idea of ​​being forced to choose from a limited number of options. With ecomo, I was able to speak with an architect from the beginning, rather than a sales person, which gave me great freedom and allowed us to work together from the ground up to create my ideal home, which I think was great! We weren't particularly particular about a house made from natural materials, but in the end, we're happy that we were able to create a home that our children can live in safely. We were shown 3D simulations at every meeting, and we were satisfied with the construction, but we do have a few regrets about some unexpected things... That said, we're happy with the careful response to any problems that occurred immediately after construction and after the one-year inspection. Plaster walls are difficult to maintain, especially when it comes to removing dirt, but just having your child stand there makes for a great background for photos, so that was another plus! As a side note, the restaurant and bakery are so delicious that I still go there and love them! ⭐︎I looked forward to every meeting there⭐︎

It's been a year since we moved into our house, and we love how comfortable it is no matter the season, and the layout is easy to live in. We especially love how you can step out onto the garden right from the living room, which gives you the feeling of being connected to the outdoors even while inside the house. I'm very happy with the functionality, design, and layout, and I spend every day thinking, "What a great house!"

We had ecomo build our house a year ago. I requested them because I liked the warmth of wood and the feel of diatomaceous earth and tile, but now that I've actually lived in the house, I've realized that it's not just the feel, but also its high functionality. It's airtight and highly insulated, so in the winter I can cover myself with a thinner futon. Also, thanks to the diatomaceous earth walls, even when I hang out laundry indoors on rainy days, the air stays dry and the laundry dries fairly quickly with the windows closed, which is really useful. The staff were all very kind, and even though my husband and I had trouble deciding on the layout and specifications, they patiently worked with us without a word of complaint, so we were able to carefully consider the details at our own pace and build a house that we're very happy with. I love the bright atmosphere of the living room and the cute tiles in the kitchen.☺️
