A Very Disappointing Experience I would like to share my personal experience with this company. At the beginning, when we spoke over the phone, everything sounded clear and reasonable. However, after I transferred the deposit, the explanations I received later did not align with what I had originally understood. When visiting the site, I was told that certain points had not been mentioned in our previous chat, even though, from my understanding, those details had never been revised or rejected before. To be honest, my feelings changed immediately. It wasn’t about the money, but about clarity and transparency, which are very important to me—especially for projects like this that require trust between both parties. I would recommend anyone looking for an interior designer to carefully consider their decision and ensure everything is clearly confirmed before proceeding.
