This review is well overdue!! An absolute underrated hidden gem 1. They are simply the best, a-z, no bs, you will not be disappointed. 2. All the other crappy pest companies, try to tie you down in a werid contract. Why? Because they want your MONEY 💰, even if they do a bad job 😂. Which they 100% do a terrible job and send some random person to your home. Hard, PASS. Been there done that. 3. This is local, family owned and operated, honest people, you can trust with you home And pest needs. They don’t disappoint. Save yourself a headache., and don’t bother with the other losers 😂 3. This is Georgia. We need no nonsense Pest Control., serious battle out here with these bugs and pest!!!😂 4. No contracts, because they stand behind their work and know that the others are terrible and so dishonest. In our opinion. Reasonably priced compared to the losers and absolutely outstanding service. 5. Thank you so much for taking care of our home. 🏡 you will not be disappointed.

A little frustrated with my current pest control company, which lead me to 120 Pest LLC. Was able to describe the issues I was having allowing Mr Hal to come over and do a thorough inspection. He offered some options that made sense for what he saw and had his technician perform the services as promised with a warranty option that was reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services!

Hal was wonderful to work with. We accidentally inherited a peice of funiture invested with a species not native to GA and they were able to identify the pests and create a plan to exterminate in the most non-toxic, non-invasive way. We can now enjoy our furniture with peace of mind knowing there will be no issues. Thank you!

I’ve been using 120 Pest for the past 2 months and I’m quite satisfied. After the initial treatment, I noticed a spike in spider activity about a month later and reached out for a follow-up — Hal Payne was incredibly responsive and came out promptly to address it. service has been consistent and reliable, accommodating my schedule.

This company is lovely. Gene comes out quarterly like a silent ninja and treats the house. He's always so nice and has made suggestions on things to do outside the home to help with keeping out the pest. If he judges the clutter in some rooms, we would never know because he's always polite and professional...lol. My pest problem has decreased an infinite amount in comparison to the home treatment we were trying to do ourselves.
