Unprofessional and completely unprofessional. We chose them as our digitization company for the Digital Kit Voucher in January 2023. A year and a half later, we're still waiting. They're incredibly unprofessional; they haven't even responded in months. At first, they kept stalling, but every now and then they'd reply, and we'd think everything was underway. It's as simple as this: if you're not interested in doing a job, don't take it. In the end, we were left without a website and without the Digital Kit assistance, despite having paid the VAT since March 2023. They were quick to request it, and we were quick to pay it, which was our big mistake. We've requested a VAT refund so we can apply for the voucher again with another company, and they haven't even responded. The only option left is to file a complaint… This experience is 100% true. Anyone who needs it can contact me without hesitation.

A young company, but one that already boasts extensive experience in all types of development. They utilize the latest technologies and best methodologies in their projects. Their customer service is exceptional and personalized. In short, they know how to do things right, and they do them right.
