At first, they told me I'd be involved in sales for the first month, earning between 20 and 40 riyals. At the first meeting, Ms. Yasmin told me I might not be involved in sales for the first month. When I tried to contact the person who told me I'd be involved in sales, they didn't respond. I wanted to cancel the contract, but no one answered me. I have absolutely no experience with them regarding contract cancellation; it's all stalling and attempts to persuade me otherwise. I decided to leave it to God and finish the month. They spent almost a whole month setting up the store, and they have no experience. Every time I asked for something, they silenced me by saying what they'd done was the best. The products didn't have sizes, and some didn't even have descriptions. They took 500 riyals from me in the last few days for advertising, but I didn't get any sales. My experience with them was just talk and promises; they don't have enough experience. They even created a group chat where only one person talks to you in the group chat 😂. The only good thing about it is that Ms. Yasmin responds quickly and replies, but she lacks experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was the worst I've ever had. • Initially, they made many promises and spoke well of them, but the reality was quite the opposite. • They contact you using Saudi numbers and then redirect you to groups filled with non-Saudi numbers, which raises serious doubts about their methods and legitimacy. • After dealing with them, it became clear to me that they have no real experience in marketing, no professionalism, and not even basic understanding. • The design quality is very poor and reflects no taste or understanding of visual identity. • We gave them step-by-step feedback, yet their work remained haphazard and full of errors. • They messed up the store's website, ruined the designs, and changed the product descriptions without any consideration, causing us significant harm. In short: I absolutely do not recommend anyone deal with them. I will be filing an official complaint with the Ministry of Commerce because what happened was clear and unacceptable negligence.

My contract with them started a month ago, so I can't fully assess them yet. Honestly, I was apprehensive at first, but thankfully the team is incredibly cooperative and receptive to any requests or modifications I make. God willing, we'll continue this collaboration, achieve positive results, and become long-term partners.

The team's service was excellent, but I don't recommend choosing products from them because their recommendations aren't suitable for competing products in the market. I paid for a 200-day subscription and didn't sell a single product. They refused to refund my subscription before the contract ended.
