My experience with this office was disappointing. I paid 8,000 riyals for an interior design for a shop, but the final product was incomplete, and 3D rendering was only available for an additional fee. The design quality was poor and didn't justify the price, with errors in basic measurements. The deficiencies were later justified as "additional modifications," even though I didn't request any modifications; I simply rejected suggestions that weren't suitable for my clothing store. The design for the mezzanine was imposed despite my prior rejection, then presented as a "free service" and not included in the contract, supposedly to increase costs—a pretext to excuse the poor quality of the final product. They also offered me supervision and execution services, which I declined because they are an interior design office, not a construction company.

I was treated with the utmost professionalism from the very beginning, with a thorough understanding of my needs and tastes before the design process even started. The engineer personally visited the site, paying close attention to every detail regarding space layout, color selection, and materials to perfectly suit my style and requirements.
