The person in charge was extremely helpful. If you're looking to build a high-performance, centrally air-conditioned home in Yamagata Prefecture, Dewa Homes is the only choice. There are many standard options to choose from, and considering the price, I think it's excellent value for money. Triple sash windows are standard, and a single air conditioner will keep the entire house comfortable, so I'm confident I'll be able to live comfortably for the rest of my life. They were extremely helpful in advising me on everything from finding land to financial planning and mortgages, and everything related to the home. I started from scratch with no knowledge of the home itself, but we were able to build a perfect home.

This was our first time building a house, and we are extremely satisfied with the result! The standard design options were all lovely, and many suited our tastes. The person in charge was very knowledgeable, introduced us to advantageous programs, and taught us a lot as first-time homebuyers. We are grateful for their efforts in trying different approaches to make our wishes a reality. Besides in-person meetings, we were also able to communicate via LINE, making it easy to ask questions and address any concerns. However, all the meeting materials were in paper form and filed, and some lacked dates, making it difficult to distinguish between older and newer information. As corrections were made, it became hard to tell which information was the most up-to-date. I think it would be easier to track the latest information if data could be saved digitally! We are currently in the midst of moving in, and we are amazed by the house's performance. Despite the sweltering heat, we are impressed that the whole-house air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature even with just the fan running, without any air conditioning! We are so excited to live in our new home, which boasts both excellent design and performance! Thank you!

They built the house of my dreams. It was my first time so I was a bit nervous, but they were able to ease my concerns throughout the meeting! The construction documents were in paper form and were heavy, which was a bit of a problem. Personally I think it would be easier to look back at if they were available digitally. The central air conditioning is great! Of all the central air conditioning systems, I think YUCAKO is the best!

We started building our home with a rough idea in mind, but the finished product exceeded our expectations. We're so grateful to the person in charge for their kind and considerate service.
