There were two things I found particularly appealing: 1. Working together to create a reasonable repayment plan was a great way to start without any financial worries. 2. Building our dream home directly with the architect We were able to discuss directly with the architect from the beginning, without going through a sales representative. He provided well-reasoned advice on how to make our requests more comfortable, which allowed us to create the home we envisioned. He provided accurate suggestions even when we were unsure, but I also really liked his willingness to leave the final decision up to us. The quality of the representative, satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness all make this a five-star experience! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering building a home to talk to him first.

After having a child and considering a Maii Home, I found House Design and thought they looked great, so I decided to go with them after touring their model homes. My first impression was that I liked the atmosphere. As I was considering moving to Yamagata Prefecture from outside, most of our meetings were held remotely, but they were clearly and carefully conducted, and progressed as smoothly as if we had had a face-to-face meeting, which was extremely helpful.
