I am happy that I was able to ask Fukui Construction to build my once-in-a-lifetime home. I felt that the personalities of the president and carpenters were reflected in the way they built our home. I live in a home that is not only functional, but also filled with the passion of the builders. From meetings to handover, they were kind and polite, but also gave me clear opinions on important parts, and I am grateful that they worked with me seriously to build our home. And handover is not the end of the story; if there was anything, they rushed to our aid and responded quickly, which is what surprised me the most. I would like people who are planning to build a home to know about Fukui Construction.

They are a playful builder who builds stylish and cool homes. I was very vocal about my preferences, but they addressed each point and considered it with me. Also, while other builders only made suggestions to cut things down to fit within our budget, Fukui suggested adding things and increasing the floor space to increase our satisfaction. I was really impressed by his words, "If we did that, we wouldn't enjoy building our home." He suggested that we prioritize carefully thinking each step through and making our decisions, and even agreed to delay the construction period halfway through. This is a suggestion that you wouldn't normally make, but they prioritized building a once-in-a-lifetime, enjoyable home. If we had gone with anyone else, I'm sure we would have made decisions without understanding them and would have regretted many things after we moved in. In the end, we were able to live within our budget and create a home that we are very happy with. An American house had been my dream for many years, but I couldn't find a house builder that fit my image... That's when I found Fukui Construction, and they were the builder in the prefecture that built the most stylish homes that came closest to my image. As we met, the number of things I wanted to do kept increasing, and they beautifully crafted the American atmosphere that can't be recreated with pre-made products in Japan. I had a lot of complicated requests, but they were all accommodated, and I'm so glad I asked Fukui to do the job! I'm sure anyone considering building a home with an overseas atmosphere will love this!

I didn't have much knowledge about building my own home, but they explained everything to me carefully and helped me with everything from financial planning to finding land. It was really reassuring. They were very accommodating during our meetings and made suggestions that suited my tastes, which made it easy to visualize and enjoy building our home. I wanted to live comfortably in my retirement while enjoying my hobbies with my cats, so I had a lot of custom-made furniture made. I really like the catwalk, claw sharpener, and work desk. I also had the windowsill made wider for Nyarusok. The cats seem to love it, and they make use of everything. The kitchen tiles, waist-high wall, solid wood floors, plaster walls, and accent wallpaper in the bathroom are all bright and cute, and everything looks great. I'll be sure to ask for their help in the future.

We asked them to do some renovations. I asked several companies for estimates for the same things, but the layout and price they proposed were good and that was what made me decide. I was also very grateful that they were easy to consult with during construction and responded to my requests immediately. I really like the walk-in closet and the storage space they added around the bed. I had many requests and I think they were all fulfilled, and friends who came to visit complimented me, saying, "It's a stylish! Modern home!" It's been two months since we moved in, and it's warm and comfortable, and it's become a room where I want to seclude myself in. Separating the living space from the living room was a great decision.
