Nice western style gated house community, but the builder does not insulate the homes well. Also many homes have water leak problems. These problems should not be so common with a brand new home.

We bought a 2-bedroom house in February 2022 and have had problems since the purchase. Cracks have appeared on the exterior of the house throughout, and although they promised to fix them, it's now June and we haven't found a contractor. The paintwork is uneven, with paint dripping onto the floor, starting from the garage. The garage roof leaks, and the exterior landscaping has been filled with sand multiple times but never fully covered. The village contractor said they need to seal the leaks, but it's still the same. Inside the house, there are several problems. Water is seeping through the windows – they've repaired it three times. Most importantly, the roof leaks heavily, allowing water to drip into the house from multiple points. We contacted them for urgent repairs, but it was a holiday, and the salesperson said we had to wait until tomorrow. They haven't repaired the windows yet, and they're still the same. The bathroom and bedroom doors also need repair; the grout they used is coming loose. There's an ant problem; they said they sprayed for termites, but the ants are still crawling in swarms. There was a bad smell entering the house, requiring them to cut the pipes. The bathroom mirrors are defective and need replacing (both panes, but they've only replaced one so far; the other is considered acceptable). The counter tiles are also substandard; some need replacing, and the work creates dust throughout the house. The common area fees were collected two years in advance, but we have to remind them every week about garbage collection, otherwise the trash overflows in front of our house. Two to three weeks have passed and no one has come to collect it. I'm not happy with this purchase; anyone considering buying should think carefully. This is my real experience. There are many other problems, such as the gate coming off its track, which they fixed, but other issues are still pending and I don't know how long it will take. Buying this is exhausting.

The place is quiet and has a good atmosphere. The house is beautiful and suitable for those who want peace and simplicity. You have to go and experience it yourself and you will be impressed.
