He even negotiated the rent price for me with the landlord. I have never expected this because here in Japan everything is fixed but Kikuchi-San went an extra mile to accommodate my needs and wants. I highly recommend this place especially Kikuchi-San. P.S. you must have a little knowledge of Japanese or know how to use Translator.
