We wanted to build a house in Aichi Prefecture, so we visited various house builders, but we were particularly drawn to this company because they offered tiles as a standard feature, and that's why we decided to go with them. We really love the square tiles, which aren't offered by other builders. We also love how the sliding doors and glass doors make the space feel larger. My husband likes simplicity, and I like to use lots of color, so they were able to find a balance between our preferences and create a proposal that respected both of our tastes. I'm so glad we chose them. The meetings were enjoyable, they answered all our questions promptly, and they worked meticulously right up to the very end on the day of handover. Mr. Mitani, the store manager, Mr. Yahaba, the site supervisor, the carpenters, and the tile setters—everyone who handled our project was wonderful. Thank you so much!!

We compared many home builders, but chose Cleverly Home Toyokawa, which offered good cost, performance, and maintenance. When we had problems or concerns about the floor plan or specifications, they offered various suggestions, and we were able to complete a home that we are very satisfied with. It's finished! Originally, I was considering only one company, but I felt there was a slight mismatch, so I was introduced to the Toyokawa branch through the SUUMO counter. I chose them because they come standard with tiles, are highly resistant to disasters, will reduce future maintenance costs, and have a great floor plan. The person in charge was very experienced, so I felt confident entrusting them with the project. I think this is a good choice for those who want to customize not only the interior but also the exterior (fully tiled), while also prioritizing cost performance. Highly recommended!
