We were drawn to Collab House after seeing their social media posts and flyers, especially the opportunity to speak directly with an architect! We visited other house builders as well, but it didn't take long for my husband and me to decide on Collab House. From our first visit, things moved smoothly, and by our second meeting, they had already proposed a floor plan – I remember being so excited! We were surprised by the wide range of stylish standard specifications. The financial plan was also easy to understand, as they showed us the budget changes each time. The architect was always smiling, never showed any displeasure, and was very kind and attentive, making it easy to discuss various things! And even though we always brought our child with us, the childcare provider allowed us to concentrate on the meetings with peace of mind! The studio was wonderful, reflecting the great personalities of the architect and all the staff.

I went to a number of different home builders, but I'm really glad I ultimately chose Collabo House. I think being able to speak directly with the architect was one advantage, but even more than that, I felt the architects' friendly personalities were a major draw. One of the deciding factors was that I was attracted to the stylish exterior and interior, but during meetings about the specifications, they made many suggestions that would improve usability and help us keep the budget down. I feel that they built a home that wasn't just stylish, but one that really considered the people who would live there. I asked for many changes to the plans that had already been decided, but I was also grateful that they were always kind and accommodating, and each time I asked, they were always there and didn't complain. I could always feel their passion for building the best possible home, which was very reassuring for me as the client. I was also a little worried about the budget, as I often hear that depending on the home builder, the final cost can be higher than the rough estimate, but I personally felt that the rough estimates provided by Collabo House were very honest. There is a high degree of flexibility within the standard specifications, and unless you add or upgrade major equipment, I think the total cost will often stay within the estimated price. I'm very grateful to all the staff, including the nursery teachers who spent long hours playing with my children during each meeting. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house builder to anyone building a home in Tokushima.

They responded sincerely to our requests and concerns. When we had any concerns about the budget, they suggested reducing the price, so we were able to proceed with building our home with peace of mind. They paid great attention to every detail, and it was clear that the designers in charge truly love building homes, so we were able to leave it to them with peace of mind. We also asked for many changes, and each time they responded carefully, which we were grateful for. They also had a childcare worker on site, so we felt safe bringing our child to meetings. Every meeting was really fun and exciting! We considered many house builders, but we're really glad we decided to sign a contract with Collabo House.

I'm so glad I decided on Collabo House! I'm extremely happy with not only the design but also the functionality. I looked at other companies, and to be honest, there are companies that can build for less. But when I thought about this design with these features, I knew no other company could do it!! Delivery was also on time. Most importantly, the person in charge was easy to talk to, which was great⭐︎

I signed the contract while living on Awajishima. As we went through our meetings, I was a little worried about the distance between Tokushima and Awajishima, but they were able to accommodate our remote meetings, and I was grateful that they were able to proceed smoothly, just as if we were in person. In terms of price, I often hear that the final price can be higher than the estimate with other home builders, but Collabo House provided a realistic estimate from the start, which gave me peace of mind right up until the final contract! Above all, I was surprised at how extensive the standard specifications were! The architect listened to what we wanted, but also clearly explained what they could and could not do, as well as the design, so I was able to trust them and leave it to them!! I was able to attend several viewings, and there were no sloppy details in the construction, which was clear in my opinion, and I could see the carpenters' careful work!! And, as everyone has written, the nursery teachers were always watching the children, which was really helpful as I was able to concentrate during meetings! It's scheduled for completion in February, and I'm looking forward to it!
