Excellent customer service. I'm someone who doesn't usually shop for jewelry, so I felt very uncomfortable when I started shopping for an engagement ring. The staff were very friendly and helpful and guided me through the entire process. Compared to the other stores I shopped at, the staff at Frau Kobe helped ease my worries about ring shopping. The ring is beautiful and the customer service is unparalleled. Thank you so much!

First of all, the shop's exterior and interior are incredibly cute! ♡ I visited about five shops, but this one had the best customer service and the atmosphere made me want to come back again. ♡ The drinks they served were like something you'd find in a cafe, or even tastier and cuter than those in a cafe, which really lifted my spirits! 🥰 The customer service was excellent, and they gave me lots of advice and options when choosing my ring, so I felt completely at ease. I was considering other stores, but what made me decide on this one was the ring design and the personality of the staff member who helped me. When I just walked into the store, the same staff member was there from the time I was greeted until the purchase and delivery, and they were so considerate, which made me feel at ease.
