Very unprofessional. Block access to company website without notice information about hard disk overuse. 2 times happened. Then we have upgraded our service, but still waiting to recover our company website, despite of PLESK showing our new hard disk size .... Also, I spent 2 months to transfer a domain name from OVH to NSS, and had to threat to go to police for reporting the theft of my domain name ... after the threat, the transfer was immediately processed. Website and customer service is in english which is good for foreigners in taiwan, but the way to act with their customers is the worst thing I could see so far...

I paid for their internet service, but every time I had a question, the responses felt like they came from an AI. Their SOPs and interface were also different from ours. It's difficult to use, and to make matters worse, I haven't been receiving emails. I've been trying to contact them for a week, but no one has called. I've scheduled two calls, but neither has come. I really regret using this terrible service. Don't use it; you'll have a awful experience!

They never inform us when there are problems with the server room's lines. Customers are always the ones who discover website issues and inquire about the progress, only getting a reply after the problem is resolved. This wait can take half a day. This company's service is truly terrible. They offer absolutely no protection for their business. They won't take responsibility for the losses incurred by the business owner when there are line problems. Think twice before renting servers from them.

Previously, we hired Zhan Guoce to create a website for our company, but after receiving payment, the company disappeared. When we contacted the engineering or sales departments, they just passed the buck or said it was the boss's responsibility, and kept delaying.
