As it was my first time visiting, I didn't know where the entrance was, so I asked the parking lot security guard and went up to the third floor, but I ended up entering through the staff entrance instead of the showroom entrance lol. The person who immediately showed me around was very kind and welcomed me. The person in charge also gave me a very thorough explanation and allowed me to take my time looking around the showroom. When I mentioned the tabletop I liked, they quickly prepared a sample and we can use it for the on-site meeting tomorrow! It was very helpful. I've used Hastnet in the past, but after visiting this time, I would like to visit with the owner to make future interior design proposals. Thank you for your courteous service despite my early arrival.

This was my first visit to Tachikawa. The staff were very helpful and their explanations were easy to understand. When I first searched for the address on Google Maps, I couldn't find the entrance, but the directions on the website were easy to understand.
