During my experience with Falak Company in Tabuk, the quality of service and responsiveness was excellent from the initial contact to project implementation. Unfortunately, if I had to give them less than one star, I would, for several reasons: 1- Extremely inaccurate delivery times and unbelievable delays. 2- You have to constantly follow up with them for them to remember your order. 3- Poor work and faulty lighting. 4- Lack of responsiveness from the entire team. 5- Delays in repairing faults. If you need faster completion, a better warranty on maintenance, and quicker response times, in short, look elsewhere.

A wonderful experience with the designers. Thank you for creating beauty in the initiatives of Wabel Center. Excellent service, high-quality designs, fast turnaround, and flexibility in understanding client requests. Thank you for your creativity, and please continue at this level.
