Good seminar

This was my first time attending. I participated in the Kizuna Management Seminar for the first time! While I've been self-studying this field until now, it was a very stimulating experience to systematically learn about the latest trends and practical know-how. The discussion on "Kizuna" (bonds/connections) particularly resonated deeply with me. I will immediately apply the insights I gained today to my work and activities starting tomorrow. Thank you to instructors Shimizu and Hiraki, and all the staff.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Kizunatoku Management learning opportunity. Instructors Shimizu and Hiraki's lectures were not just management know-how; they also made me think deeply about the essence of "how we live as people and how we contribute to society." Each word they spoke carried weight based on real-life experiences, and I was able to rediscover the values ​​I should cherish not only as a manager but also as a human being. Particularly impressive were their concepts of "virtuous management" and "valuing relationships with those around you." They specifically taught me about management that contributes to people and society in the long term, rather than short-term profits, and this gave me great insight and courage. The lecture atmosphere was warm, and it was clear that each participant was valued. It was a very comfortable learning experience. I would highly recommend this course not only to those involved in management, but also to anyone who wants to grow as a person. I will continue to put what I learned into practice and strive to contribute even a little to the people around me and to society.
