Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with them and I don't recommend anyone subscribe. I wasted my subscription fee for nothing, and they don't offer refunds or even partial refunds, even if you don't benefit from the program at all. The technical support is awful, with obvious programming and accounting errors. They don't want to listen to you; they act like they know everything and you don't understand your job. - Customer service lacks sufficient accounting expertise to support any customer, and their support is extremely slow. - There's no flexibility in debit and credit notifications for invoices linked to online stores. - Revenue isn't displayed correctly in sales entries. - There are problems calculating discounts. - There are many issues linking the Salla platform with the Qalari accounting program, including duplicate invoices and incorrect invoice pricing. - There are many more problems, but these are the ones that come to mind right now. My advice, for God's sake, is don't subscribe. This program will get you into trouble with tax invoices. They exhausted us, wasted our time, and on top of that, took the full subscription fee. May God hold them accountable.

Honestly, they only have technical support during certain hours, the app and menu aren't working, and they ignore customers and respond whenever they feel like it. Frankly, it was a bad experience.

Honestly, my experience with you in designing e-commerce stores was quick and efficient. Working with their platform and their services was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

It's truly an excellent program; I was able to manage my business with ease and convenience. I encourage everyone to try it.
