This local developer, who hasn't changed sales centers in 30 years and has the second-highest number of projects after Chung Chow, should continue to improve their aesthetics and quality. A friend living near the National Revenue Department also has leaking problems. Please, please stop using those tacky and weak bright red and black/purple combinations in the bathrooms... Even the buildings on the street are incredibly tacky. Shouldn't a veteran in the industry be striving for improvement? Instead, they seem complacent. Foreign companies have already established themselves there, and they've been relegated to the outskirts of the city without realizing it? They don't seem to feel any regret about not getting a share of the several new buildings and large plots of land?

The after-sales service is terrible. The tiles kept falling off, damaging my car and skylight, and I had to clean them up myself. (Attached are pictures showing the quality of your tiles – they're supposed to stick...) Also, the bathroom wall swelled up completely. I'll never buy a house from your company again; this was a disaster! 👎👎

The paint in my house is starting to peel, and I'm wondering what color paint I should buy if I want to fix it myself so that it doesn't look too different from the original...😮‍💨

This is a construction company with 30 years of experience in the area, but the LINE administrator is really unhelpful. When I send messages to inquire about something, they either don't read or don't reply, or they read but don't respond. It's really terrible.
