Before using CJ SOFT's services, I should mention that we had a previous experience hiring another company to build a website for our other brand. That experience wasn't positive. This time, we did extensive research and compared several companies, including recommendations from friends and family. The final reason we chose CJ SOFT was their sales representative, Khun Ying. She was excellent at answering questions and showed genuine care for the client, even during conversations where we didn't indicate any intention to work with them. We asked many questions, seeking information that some companies wouldn't answer, but Khun Ying answered every question sincerely. She wasn't focused on selling, but rather on genuinely answering our questions. We asked the same questions as other companies, but she answered them differently, making us feel comfortable using their services. And we weren't disappointed. The entire team was incredibly professional and efficient. Especially with the website design, we didn't need to meet in person or explain every detail. Simply stating our requirements via Zoom or text was enough to create an initial website that exceeded our expectations and perfectly matched our vision. Every revision was done well. Our friends and family have praised the team's skill, which is in stark contrast to our past experiences and those of us who have hired other companies. I had to have my own company's staff fix it myself because the brief never matched the actual delivery. I was quite worried about this website project; I was afraid they'd abandon the project and I'd have to fix it myself, or that the contract wouldn't be fulfilled. But I can honestly say I was very satisfied with their service. It was reassuring, they didn't abandon me, and they were easy to communicate with about any issues.
