I created a website, but I didn't receive any work requests from the website, and my search rankings didn't improve, so I was stupid to trust the sales person. The contract was also 5 years long, so I truly wish I hadn't done it. Even mobile phone companies only have a 2-year contract, so I never imagined a company would act like this.

No matter how many times I turn them down, the cold calls keep coming. What's more, they call someone from Google and then, when they connect me to someone else, they give the name of their company - a pretty shady company. I don't even know who the company is. They keep recommending I register for Google Maps. I have no idea what their intention or meaning is. It's obvious they're trying to deceive ignorant business owners. When I asked someone more knowledgeable to put me through, they got angry and hung up on me. Even after that, they called again a few days later. I told them it was annoying and asked them to stop, but they kept calling. When I asked what company it was in the first place, they hung up. I can't believe companies with such shady sales tactics still exist in this Reiwa era.

I received a call shortly after opening my business, just as I was considering creating a website, and they explained everything to me and responded sincerely. They also provided solid support after the website was created, including free monthly blog updates, and I'm truly glad I asked them to help me.
