A fraudulent company that deceives vulnerable individuals into signing expensive contracts. They even require customers to take out loans to sign contracts, and once the product is delivered, early termination is impossible. Please be aware that a 100% penalty fee will be charged.

I wish they'd stop calling me with sales calls no matter how many times I decline. It seems like this isn't even being shared within their company, because even when I say, "This is the third time!" or "This is the fourth time!", they insist it's their first time. Thankfully, most of the salespeople aren't the kind to make me feel bad, but the second woman I spoke to was terrible. Even though I politely declined, she wouldn't back down and kept on with the same tone of voice, so I gave up and, for the first time in my life, hung up the phone mid-conversation. I understand that these are sales calls, but I wish they'd also try to understand the other person's perspective a little more.

Even after the contract period has expired, they continue to deliver and extort money. This is the worst company, and they do nothing to address complaints.

I'm currently receiving enthusiastic approaches from sales representatives and am hesitating about signing a contract. I'm also posting this in the hope that my experience might be helpful to new business owners and other business owners who are in the process of signing a contract and are currently typing in reviews at this time, as they've been asked to do so. First, shortly after starting my own business, I received a call from a young, cheerful salesman who traveled all the way from their Osaka headquarters to my location in Shikoku just to hear what they had to say. I didn't even know what a landing page was, and since I was young, had just started my own business, didn't have much money, and was already paying listing fees for other customer acquisition sites, I explained that a contract would be difficult. However, he said there were no other examples in my area yet and he really wanted me to be the first, so he offered to lower the price. I told him that my customer acquisition site contract was for one year. He then said that Realize would cover the one-year cost of the customer acquisition site and lower the price, and that since the effects of customer acquisition would start to show after about three months, I wouldn't need to renew the contract for the customer acquisition site next year. The lead generation site I'm currently using charges a commission fee, so they explained that it would be cheaper if I only had to pay for the landing page. I was a fool to believe them. Let me tell you about my current situation after signing the contract. First of all, I haven't received any bookings through the landing page. I've even received sales emails for the landing page through the inquiry form. During the production process, we had several meetings, and I repeatedly expressed my wishes for how I wanted it to look, but there was absolutely no improvement. They simply told me to edit it myself after it was handed over. At that point, I almost regretted signing the contract, but I endured it until today, thinking that it would still attract customers even if it wasn't stylish. However, in my industry, where branding is everything, I can't even promote it on Instagram or other platforms. I tried to do it myself later, but even for someone in their early twenties like me, the operation was incredibly difficult to understand. Even when I asked the support center for help, they told me to try it myself and that they would teach me how to use it, and to contact them if I had any questions. However, it was difficult to get through on the phone. I also frequently received calls requesting schedule changes, even after the change was completed and the appointment was rescheduled to a different date. If you haven't started creating it yet, you can still make it. There's no proper follow-up after creating a landing page, and I imagine it would be extremely difficult for older people or those unfamiliar with editing. And I'd say it has virtually no effect on attracting customers. I was told that I would see results after three months, but I didn't see any at all. When I asked the support center again, they said it would take six months to see results. I wonder if they'll say a year next time I ask. It's definitely not a cheap purchase. It costs nearly 2 million yen. While the monthly fee is relatively low, 2 million yen could cover paid Instagram ads or the most expensive listing plan on a certain well-known customer acquisition site. Those would definitely be more effective. Every month, I'm disappointed when I see the amount being deducted, and it's truly frustrating to think this will continue for another 7 years. I'm making this post because I want you to reconsider. I also want to ask Realize Co., Ltd., since you're charging us a high price, to increase the variety of design patterns, fonts, and colors so that you can create designs that better suit the customer's wishes. Instead of just giving a lecture and telling us to figure it out ourselves because the operation is difficult, I hope you'll at least accept requests for minor re-editing. I'm really begging you. I sincerely hope that my experience reaches as many people as possible and reduces the number of people who have to go through this unpleasant experience.

Thank you for sharing your insights. Mr. Matsueda explained things clearly, but his approach didn't align with our business model, so we decided to decline before signing a contract. Will my personal information be destroyed?
