It has changed my life. We have been using your services since my grandfather's generation, but these days we have central air conditioning. Previously, coming home would be cold in winter and hot in summer, but now we have a happy home that is warm when you open the door in winter and cool in summer. Another great thing about this home is that laundry dries thoroughly when hung out to dry indoors, even during the rainy season, and there is no odor. While considering options like renovating or rebuilding our house, or even moving to an apartment, we visited model homes (including apartments) from various home builders. ...And finally, we found our local home, Obata Construction! We immediately visited a single-story model home, and the representative guided us through our first property, which we were honored to be a part of. After visiting several more Obata model homes, we decided to abandon the concurrent renovation and instead rebuild. It's now early June, and we've been living there for two weeks, and both my husband and I are very happy with the livability! My washing machine broke and started leaking, so I was worried about the condition under the floor, but I had them inspect it. I was relieved to find that there were no problems. Thank you for your prompt response.

I had a sunroom installed. I thought it would be a quick and easy job, but it involved laying concrete, moving the rain gutters, installing the sunroom itself, and putting up blinds. Several contractors came, and they all did a very thorough job!
