We decided to have Utopia Construction build our first home. They are a manufacturer that boasts about the performance of their homes, and I remember how comfortable and pleasant it was when we visited their model home in the middle of summer. (I also remember being surprised by the significant difference when I tried out the vibration damping system they use! lol) The staff are very friendly, and now I look forward to every meeting. We had our house built by Utopia Construction. It's been over six months since we moved in, and we're very comfortable. ◇ Reasons for choosing Utopia Construction From the moment we visited their model home, they patiently and thoroughly explained each of our questions, making us feel confident entrusting them with our project. During the planning stages, they took the time to discuss everything with us until we were completely satisfied, which was incredibly helpful. Even after the handover, they've responded quickly to any inquiries we have, which has been a huge help. ◇ Living in the house Even when drying clothes indoors, they dry thoroughly, so we can do laundry with peace of mind even on rainy days, making daily chores much easier. Also, the house is designed to let in plenty of natural light through the windows, allowing us to feel the passage of time and the changing seasons even while indoors. The house feels open and spacious, creating a comfortable living space. Thanks to the high airtightness and insulation, we can keep our electricity bills down even with one air conditioner running continuously, and solar power generation further reduces our utility costs, making it a very economically sound and worry-free lifestyle. Because the indoor temperature and humidity are kept constant throughout the house, we can live comfortably regardless of the season. Furthermore, the incorporation of a circular flow of movement within the house has made it easier to move around, and we truly appreciate the ease of living here.

I first encountered Utopia Construction when I attended an open house for someone who had actually built a house. They held these almost monthly tours, and I attended many of them throughout the year. The indoor temperature in each house was maintained at a constant level, and it was so comfortable and wonderful that it was hard to believe they were running with just one air conditioner. From the very first visit, we were assisted by a first-class architect, and their attitude of "putting the residents first" was clearly evident. They didn't impose their company's design philosophy on us, but instead carefully considered and proposed a plan that met our needs. Furthermore, the warmth of the staff always made the whole family, including the children, feel like "I want to live in this house, and I want to ask Utopia Construction for help," and this was what made us decide to sign a contract. I'm looking forward to finalizing the detailed specifications.

It's been over six months since we had our house built by Utopia Construction. It's completely different from our apartment; it's incredibly comfortable to live in. In our previous apartment, even with the heating on in winter, cold air would seep in through the windows, making it chilly. I was also worried about my children catching colds due to the temperature difference between the bathroom and the changing room during bath time. In our new home, one air conditioner in the living room keeps the temperature comfortable year-round. In winter, the air conditioner alone can dry out the air, so we use a 20-tatami mat humidifier in the living room, which keeps the temperature and humidity just right, making all rooms comfortable. Also, being able to control both temperature and humidity with just one air conditioner from the rainy season through summer is fantastic. We were worried about electricity bills since we keep the air conditioner on all day with our all-electric system, but thanks to the solar panels and battery storage, we've been able to keep our utility costs down. I'm happy that we can use electricity without worrying about rising prices. In terms of ease of housework, having a walk-in closet opposite the laundry room where the washing machine is located means that putting away laundry can be done in just a few steps. There's ample storage where needed, so the house stays tidy. Also, by making it a single-story house with no steps, we no longer have to worry about our children getting hurt, and we can leave the cleaning to a robot vacuum cleaner, lowering the hurdle of cleaning, which I dislike. Having a nook in a corner of the living room allows us to feel the presence of our family while still having our own private space, and thanks to the sloping ceiling, the space feels much larger than expected, even though it's a single-story house. The layout was designed to accommodate the amount of belongings in the house, the flow of daily life for each family member, and to address the inconveniences we experienced living in an apartment, allowing us to live comfortably every day.
