I liked the stylish property, but the exposed concrete made it too hot and too cold, so I moved out. The move-out fees were high. I thought, "They're going to replace an entire wall for this little bit of dirt?" I was surprised they were going to completely replace the white walls and floors too. Even after researching, the amount charged was high compared to the number of years I'd rented it. I asked several real estate acquaintances, and they all said it was high even without a security deposit or key money. I wanted to calculate the exact amount, but when I asked for a detailed breakdown, they insisted on a lump-sum payment and refused to disclose any details. They became very pushy, threatening to involve their legal counsel or a guarantee company if the matter dragged on, so I just paid and moved out.
