After our initial visit, we also listened to presentations from other house builders, but in the end, this company was the best choice.

My children play a lot, so I was able to concentrate on the meeting without worry. They also proposed a huge number of floor plans, all of which were satisfactory, so I felt I could proceed with building a house that I was satisfied with.

It was also nice that she was nearby to watch over my child, so I could see his face. I was able to meet with the architect before signing a contract, which was great as it reduced my anxiety about whether I could really hire them. Even when I said I was considering other manufacturers, they never once said anything bad about them, so I didn't feel uneasy.
