I'm so happy that the experience wasn't just about choosing a product, but also about creating precious memories together! We're expecting a child, and they took that into consideration. I had it made in December and received it today. When I went to have it made, I had almost no plan for the design or ring color, but the staff were very helpful and gave me a quote, so I was able to choose with confidence! They took photos during the process and we had lots of conversations, so it was fun making it. I'm very happy with the finished product, which is so beautiful. Thank you so much!

We had it made at the Shizuoka store. Mr. Nakamura, an optician, was in charge of our ring. He was very helpful in answering our questions about the ring, and even though my girlfriend was struggling with her decision, he listened to her requests without rushing her, and was very attentive in creating the ring. In the end, we were able to create a wonderful ring that we were very happy with, and we are very grateful. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
