The staff were all friendly and easy to talk to, so we were able to build the home we envisioned!

I participated in a tour of the completed building for construction professionals. It was a cold day with the outside temperature at around 3°C, but once inside, it was very comfortable at around 23°C on both the first and second floors. There was a circulation route around the bathroom and storage areas, and it looked like a very livable place. The hall on the second floor, which took in the wonderful view, was like a cafe, and I was reminded that it was only in the warm indoor environment that the view in the middle of winter could be appreciated as beautiful. Thank you very much.

The president is very friendly and easy to talk to. I had the opportunity to tour the building, and it was clear that the earthquake resistance, insulation, durability, and indoor thermal environment had all been well considered, and even the design had been thought out down to the smallest detail. I'm really glad I was able to tour it. I learned a lot. Thank you, President Sagami!

I had the opportunity to attend the completed building tour. It made the most of its location and was such an amazing building with its simple beauty and high level of performance that I wanted to look at it forever. The president and Yamada-san, the designer, taught me a lot and I really felt their passion for housing! Thank you very much!
