We recently commissioned you to handle the interior renovation of our dog daycare. Your proposals, which considered both the safety and ease of maintenance for the dogs, allowed us to entrust the construction to you with complete confidence! You provided detailed reports on the work process, and kept in close contact before and after the project. The craftsmen's work was meticulous, and the finished result exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!
I had a custom-built house constructed by M-Trust and received the keys about a year ago. The initial response was polite, and the staff made a good impression, so I thought, "I can trust them," and signed the contract. However, as the construction and communication progressed and mistakes piled up, that impression quickly crumbled. I'm writing about my experiences after living in the house for a year, hoping it will be helpful for those who are currently choosing a construction company. [From initial consultation to commencement of construction] - I requested to see the demolition of the old house on the land I purchased, but there was no information sharing within the company, and by the time I found out, the site was already vacant. - I was asked the same "theme for the house" at every meeting, which made me strongly feel that there was a lack of coordination within the company. - Even though I had provided the sizes of furniture and appliances in advance, the door width was designed so that the washing machine wouldn't fit through. - A staff member arrived late to a meeting with snacks, and one of them was in a responsible position. - When I asked for revisions to the floor plan, changes were made to parts I hadn't even mentioned, so I had to check every detail myself each time. [Loan and Schedule Related] - The sales representative assured me that the handover would be completed on a specific date, and I set the loan payment start date based on that assumption, but ultimately it didn't work out. [Handling During Construction] - When I greeted the foreman on site, he was very curt, which made me uneasy. - When I went to pick up my belongings at night, the window was open. When I inquired, I was told, "We left it open because the contractors would be coming in the next morning." At the time, there were many burglaries in the neighborhood, so I was very worried about security. I contacted the president, but in the end, all I got was a simple "I'm sorry." This incident made me feel uneasy about the prioritization of troubleshooting, and I got the impression that they prioritized their own company over the customer. [After Handover ~ 1 Year of Living] - There was almost no explanation at the time of handover, I wasn't shown how to use the equipment, and some staff members didn't even greet me. - Even after requesting corrections for uneven wallpaper and tilted doors, these issues often recurred, and no fundamental improvements were made. Regarding the wallpaper, I chose a thin one, but due to the house's structure, it would twist. If I had been informed of this during the planning stage, I would have chosen a different one. * I didn't receive a notice for the six-month inspection, and it was only carried out after I contacted them myself. [Subsequent Actions] * Recently, I received an email containing the contract that had been sent to me by mistake. Up until now, every time there was a mistake, I was told that they would "improve internal communication and trouble handling," but I didn't get the impression that anything had improved after this incident, and I didn't feel they were sufficiently aware of the issues. Even though the initial impression was good, the laxity in internal communication, site management, and trouble handling was noticeable. I strongly felt that when making a major purchase like building a house, how honestly they address problems when they arise is crucial. I feel that M-Trust's response was not honest enough. It might be suitable for people who "don't care about the details and just want to build a house quickly," but I wouldn't recommend it to people who seek honest service and reliable management.
We had our ramen shop renovated! The initial state of the space was all black and had a dark image, so we wanted a Japanese-style interior based on wood and white, like a Japanese restaurant. We had imagined a somewhat rigid image with a Japanese interior, but since a woman was in charge of the design, we incorporated Western elements, resulting in an interior that is welcoming to people of all ages, and we are very satisfied! They provided samples of colors and materials for the counter, walls, and floor, and even made detailed adjustments to the counter height and width down to the centimeter. They were flexible and accommodating to changes in the plan without any complaints! We were able to entrust them with all the kitchen equipment as well, so we are really glad we chose them! The site supervisor and the craftsmen were all very humble and easy to talk to, and the atmosphere during construction was great with no tension at all!
We commissioned the construction of our office in Hatsudai! As it was our first time building an office and furnishing it, I was a little nervous, but thanks to your prompt response and thorough communication, we were able to complete the interior to our great satisfaction, and we are truly grateful for that. I had watched the YouTube videos and understood the process, so I was able to place the order with confidence. As this was our first office, I had hoped to do as much as possible myself, but I am so glad that we left it to the professionals. They also proposed an office design that suited my industry, and working with us as a business partner rather than just an interior construction contractor made it stress-free and comfortable, as they accompanied us throughout the process. We often hear people regret hiring an interior contractor because they gave a low estimate but ended up significantly over budget, but that was not the case at all with Mtrust. They took our order seriously and worked within our budget. This is a company I can wholeheartedly recommend. We would definitely consult with you again if we need to expand our office!
