I recently successfully moved into Sunny Grace, a newly built apartment in February, brokered by Modern Project. Since I live in another prefecture, I wasn't able to see the property in person from the time we considered it until the contract was signed. However, my landlord, Akane Tatsutsu, always kindly shared information with me, provided appropriate advice, and guided me through the process, which allowed me to smoothly complete the electronic contract and explain important details via Zoom. I contacted several real estate agents, but I couldn't find anyone as caring as Tatsutsu. Okinawa's rental property market is highly competitive, so I was in a difficult position. However, I was able to find the trustworthy Tatsutsu, and I am truly grateful that I was able to move into a newly built rental apartment.
