It's been a while since the handover, but... I had many worries, but the thorough explanations put my mind at ease and allowed me to entrust everything to you with confidence. The architect, carpenters, and all the staff were incredibly kind and responded quickly and accurately. Having a childcare worker was also wonderful; my daughter looked forward to each meeting, saying she was "going to see the kind older sister." It's comfortable since we moved in, but it's a little too spacious and stylish for me, making me feel unsettled. I hope to gradually get used to it. I really want to express my gratitude properly again, but I haven't had the time... I'm sure I'll need your help again in the future, so I'll do so then. Thank you so much.

From the explanation stage onwards, we received courteous service, which allowed us to proceed with the discussion with peace of mind. We were able to proceed with the discussion while visualizing the home we wanted to build, and we would like to thank everyone for their warm hospitality.

From the land search stage, we received many wonderful suggestions in a careful, easy-to-understand, and natural way, making the home-building process enjoyable and ultimately very satisfying. Since this is something that doesn't happen many times in a lifetime, meeting trustworthy staff members was the greatest stroke of luck. We've lived here for a year and a half now, and it's incredibly comfortable; we feel grateful every day.
