We built our house with IS Design. It's so cool, I can't believe it's ours! We love it! 💫 Mr. Kariya, the company's president and first-class architect, handled everything from start to finish. Unlike major companies, there's no "I told the salesperson, but they didn't reflect that on the construction site!" situation. Also, with IS Design, we were able to leave the specifications up to a certain extent. With many home builders, you have to choose from an infinite number of options, from handles and doors to fixtures and wallpaper, which can take a tremendous amount of time and involve numerous meetings. However, with IS Design, we first told them what we wanted and the image we had in mind, and they responded, "How about choosing from these?" They were able to understand our vision and choose from a few carefully selected options. Of course, if there was anything we didn't like, we were able to let them know, and they made it exactly how we wanted it. We weren't looking to decide everything about the house ourselves (we just wanted the less-than-satisfactory parts to be professionally tailored), so our wishes were reflected in the finished product, resulting in a beautiful finish chosen with a professional perspective. Also, before signing the contract, I asked, "Are there any chances that the finished product will be subpar due to poor subcontractors?" and they replied, "We only entrust the construction site to three trusted companies," which was also very reassuring. As they said, I visited the site many times during construction, and it was always clean. They carefully finished even the parts that would be hidden once the project was complete. I'm also very grateful to the carpenters on site. I contacted them by email and phone with any concerns, and their responses were very quick, allowing me to build my home with confidence and peace of mind. I'm so glad I found IS Design as my partner to work with me on the biggest purchase of my life: building a house! 💫 Thank you so much, Kariya-san, for creating such a wonderful home! We took delivery of the house before summer this year and are now moving in. This summer was particularly hot, but we're comfortable with just one air conditioner. As autumn approaches, it's been warm, just as the tagline said. Currently (with an outside temperature of 5°C), we're maintaining a temperature of 23-24°C without heating. Even my wife, who doesn't like the cold, is so comfortable that she can take a nap on the living room sofa. We're looking forward to winter. Due to budget constraints, we struggled to decide on the floor plan, and I'm sorry that the architect had to come up with multiple blueprints. (lol) I visited the site many times during construction, and the site was always well-organized, and I was impressed by the meticulous and careful work of the carpenters and construction team. They offered many suggestions on material selection and structural alternatives, and we were able to come up with a home that we're very happy with, both in terms of the exterior and interior. The team's after-sales support was also solid, which gave us a sense of security.

It's been two years since we built our house with IS Design. When we first went to see the model home, I remember it being very warm inside despite the heavy snow outside. Other home builders also had warm homes, but touring the house while holding my child made me sweat and it felt almost hot. But IS Design's home didn't have that problem, and it had a very comfortable, natural warmth, which was the main deciding factor. The comfortable warmth was the same when we visited the completed house, and it solidified my resolve to live in a house like this. What surprised me when we actually lived in the house was that it's not only warm in the winter, but also very cool in the summer. Just having one air conditioner on the second floor keeps the whole house cool. Another nice feature is that we're not directly exposed to the air conditioning and heating. We've been very comfortable all year round. And yet, the design is stylish, and I'm happy to live in a home that combines function and design. Thank you! By the way, my child sleeps without a blanket, even in the middle of winter (laughs)

I attended the preview of the completed home. Not only was the design lovely, but I also learned a lot from the detailed explanations given about the insulation and window performance. I would recommend anyone thinking about building a home to come and see the house.
