Every meeting was so enjoyable, and the time spent building our home has become a cherished memory. They carefully listened to our requests and created a wonderful home that was exactly as we had imagined, if not even better, and we are truly satisfied. In particular, our representative Yukuta and coordinator Kume were a fantastic pair, with their ability to make suggestions, their sense of balance, and above all, their sense of security. They were attentive and willing to help us with even the smallest details, allowing us to proceed without any worries until the very end. Our first opportunity was the model home, but the moment we visited, we were so captivated that we knew "I want to build here," and that was the deciding factor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home builder and their representative. I would encourage anyone thinking about building a home to consult with them. Thank you so much.

We built a house with Earth Housing this summer (2025). We had been considering building a house for quite some time, but the plan was repeatedly put on hold. Manufacturers usually frown when you repeatedly ask about it after abandoning your plans, but we were greeted with a smile, and looking back, I think that was a deciding factor. The people in charge were Mr. Manai and Mr. Kume. I asked for numerous revisions to the design, but they worked with us until we were satisfied, and each time they came up with great ideas. They were the epitome of hospitality, and even drove us to Imabari to see a house that had similar features, just because we wanted to see it in person. They also intervened in the purchase of the land and negotiated the price, which was extremely helpful. Also, since I'm not very knowledgeable about financial matters, I left a lot of it to them. They were extremely helpful, from preparing the documents to dealing with the bank. I think that even this part alone was something I would never have been able to solve on my own. They contacted me several times even after the house was built, and although I've heard that some manufacturers build the house and then that's it, I can trust them and feel like I'll be doing a long-term business with them. I don't think it would be trustworthy to only write about the good things, so I'll just focus on the negative aspects. I was a little disappointed with the land. According to the blueprint, the garden was quite large and I was looking forward to creating a garden, but additional work was later required, and although part of the land looked fine on the blueprint, it turned out that it was actually a steep slope and couldn't be used as a garden, so those were some of the disappointing aspects. However, overall I'd give them a score of over 90. Finally, When building a house, there are many criteria to consider, such as design and price range, but ultimately the decision may be made based on the people. In that regard, the person in charge, as well as the president and other staff, were all very nice, so I would recommend them to anyone. The photo shows the entrance to the room I made for my cat.

We built our house with Earth Housing! After deciding to build a new house, we visited many home builders and construction companies over the course of about 10 months before finding Earth Housing, but we decided on Earth Housing based on our price range, flexibility, and the way the staff treated us! Yukuta and Kume were in charge of meetings, and they took the stance that it was okay to meet until we were satisfied, no matter how long it took. My husband was indecisive and anxious, so we made sudden changes after making a decision and it took a lot of time, but they never complained and continued to meet until we were satisfied! Even when we had questions, they would explain what to do and respond immediately, and they made various suggestions to help us stay within the budget we had originally decided on. They really went out of their way to help us! To be honest, we had a lot of trouble with the real estate agency, but Yukuta intervened there as well, which was a huge help! We are very happy with the finished home. We are so glad we built our house with Earth Housing! Thank you Yukuta and Kume for taking care of this couple with opposite personalities and their one-year-old daughter until the very end!!!

I was debating whether to sell or build on my late great-grandfather's land, and visited several home builders. Since it was my grandmother's family home and a place I have a special attachment to, I decided to build on it. However, I was beginning to give up due to budget and layout issues, when I was introduced to Earth Housing. Mr. Ouda and Mr. Kume, my representatives, always greeted me with a smile, both when I visited the store and during on-site meetings. We had a number of complicated requirements, but they always worked with me through them and made suggestions, so my mother, grandmother, and I could trust them with peace of mind. The finished house is truly beautiful, and it's exactly what my mother wanted. I'm sure we'll be having more family get-togethers at my parents' house from now on. I'm sure my great-grandfathers are also very happy in heaven. If I were to build a house myself, I would definitely choose Earth Housing. ♪ Thank you for the wonderful memories of building our home.
