They boasted about the large number of properties they could handle, and even though I told them I wanted to discuss properties near my preferred station, they showed me properties at a completely different station. They dragged on for an hour, and by the time I finished viewing the property and returned, the sun had already set. I never want to go to this real estate agency again. They don't seem to value their customers at all, so I think you'd be better off going to a different real estate agency.

The atmosphere of the office and my initial impression of the staff member were good, but once we started the process, I felt that they were the most inconsiderate real estate agent I've ever encountered. After applying for a property, I received a promotional email addressed to me without any honorifics, and there were questionable honorifics and phrasing in the emails. I overlooked those, but as expected, the process continued to be poorly organized, with insufficient explanations and slow communication. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification, and despite being busy, I had to quickly prepare various things and reschedule appointments. I also received no response to my requests for clarification, and I felt nothing but distrust until the very end. I regret choosing this agency based on the reviews.
