It's been two years since I casually walked into the store. My plans to buy a house had stalled due to various issues, but then I met the handsome older salesman, Mr. Kawazu, and things quickly went smoothly when I signed the contract. We had to postpone the construction date due to our own requests, but the delivery was completed successfully the other day. The tiles are cute, and I'm very happy with this great value-for-money custom home. I'm looking forward to future maintenance and the durability of the tiles☺︎

Today was our 5-year inspection! They thoroughly inspected our home to ensure it can be maintained for a long time! I was grateful that they checked and fixed any areas of concern! Mr. Yamamoto, the person in charge, also clearly explained how to clean the water heater. They also offered various suggestions for the inspection in 5 years, and I plan to continue using Clevery Kuwana's services in the future. Thank you very much! Thank you!

They helped us with our 10-year inspection. They were very polite and explained our questions clearly. The sales person who handled our home 10 years ago was also very nice, and the carpenters did a great job. I had no complaints with any of the people who handled our home, and I'm glad I built my house with Cleverly Homes.

I really appreciated the numerous plan proposals based on my various requests and the supportive approach throughout the process. From Mr. Kawazu in sales to Ms. Nozaki as coordinator and Mr. Miura as site supervisor, everyone provided excellent service and support; they are definitely worth choosing! P.S. The tiled exterior walls look fantastic!
