Horrible company, we bought the program, and they sent us the basic version, and it was cut down. We wrote an email, called, the manager suddenly stopped answering the phone, another manager was busy, they don’t reply to emails, I connected three specialists, they all said in one voice, this is not the basic version, I sent the manager a link to the basic one. Silence. There is no CRM, no prices, everything is skewed, a technical specialist of the same company installed it. Don’t buy anything from them. We wrote a letter to 1C technical support, how can you trust such companies to sell products. Part of the program is in English, part is in Russian. I immediately asked questions during installation, he said that this is how it should be, it was necessary to update. The specialist also started twitching, why did I press the update button, it can be done in a month. I'm saying, you have to set it up, that's what the manager explained, he freaked out. What kind of service is this? Absolutely awful.

We contacted this company to help us migrate from Complex Automation 1.1 to Complex Automation 2.0. We've been using the program for over 10 years, and during that time, the database had accumulated numerous errors, including issues with document posting and invoice distribution. Over the course of a year and a half, we contacted various companies hoping to migrate to the new version, but a full migration was never completed. Some errors were partially corrected, and the database worked reliably for a while, but then the problems returned. After another search for specialists, we stumbled upon the guys from ITS Plus.
