I won an eco bag 💞 It's so cool and I'm so happy. I'll be using it often. I'm looking forward to going to the city gym again this year, listening to the Polus commercial every time the Alphas score, and waving our leek bang bangs together 🥰
I won a Koshigaya Alphas original eco bag giveaway! Thank you for sending it to me. Whenever a shot went in, the song "Polas de~♪" was playing, so the music was still playing in my head after the game! The eco bag is a good size and made of soft material, so it looks easy to use!
Within 10 years, they were unable to supply parts. They didn't address minor issues like parts falling out or natural damage that wouldn't normally occur. The head office didn't handle it, instead handing it off to a subcontracted after-sales service. The after-sales service was nothing but makeshift solutions, they didn't keep their promises, kept us waiting, and changed their minds – utterly irresponsible and appalling. I've learned through my experiences living in the house and dealing with them that Polus prioritizes advertising and design, uses shoddy materials and parts, and provides terrible after-sales service. I've learned that you should choose a good company when buying a house.
I was considering purchasing a new home and had the opportunity to tour several completed properties. To be honest, the person in charge during the tour didn't seem very pleasant, and I received several calls from other people later asking about the progress, but I was a little unsure about how they handled the situation, so I decided not to purchase from them and instead purchase from another company. The person at Polatec, a group company, is young but hard-working and enthusiastic, which made a good impression on me...but I wonder if things can really be so different even within the same group. It's great that they deal in attractive pre-built homes, but it would be nice if they provided a little more employee training.
I actually purchased and live in this house. If you're considering buying a home from this builder, it's best to carefully consider your decision. Seven years after purchase, a water leak occurred throughout the entire floorboard space. They said it was likely due to age-related deterioration and that the possibility of our responsibility was low because they had thoroughly inspected it, but it turns out to be defective construction by Polus. I doubt they really inspect it. During the fifth-year inspection, I noticed a water-like stain in the foundation. I asked about it, and they told me it was just moisture from below seeping into the foundation and that there was nothing to worry about. I left it while monitoring it. This time, the leak occurred because I happened to keep a detergent stock under the floorboards, so I opened it periodically and discovered it. It seems to have progressed slowly and gradually. There were signs of water seeping throughout the foundation. If it's been more than 10 years, it's probably your own responsibility, so I feel like a time bomb has been set off and it's terrifying. After purchasing, they offer a "reliable after-sales maintenance" service, but while you'd think the inspections would be done by professionals, they're almost always contract employees with only six months of experience or no construction experience. When a problem actually occurs, the people who show up are well-trained after-sales staff, but they're practically amateurs. I can't help but wonder whether inspectors who only follow the manual can make accurate judgments. The construction of the garbage dump was also flawed, with no rebar installed, making me wonder whether they actually inspected the property before delivery. I'm starting to suspect that all of the properties they sold may have some kind of hidden defect. Due to a water leak under the floor, the entire basement got wet at one point. If this causes termite damage, what will Polus do? I'm filled with worry and anxiety. Will Polus take responsibility? In this situation, I wonder if Polus is okay, as they're so bold as to sell me expensive termite control services, claiming that their support will be cut off. PS: They avoided responsibility by saying that even if a termite infestation occurs, it might not necessarily be our fault. Don't they realize that they are one of the possible contributing factors? When I compare the water bill from two years ago, which I have saved, with the most recent data, it has dropped by nearly 2,000 yen, so it seems that the leak has been going on for quite some time.
