I run three restaurants in the Kanto region. This time, I asked them to create official LINE accounts. I had asked them to do this once before and it was so well done that I asked them to create LINE accounts for all of my remaining restaurants again. They were very responsive and were able to understand my vague ideals and image, and incorporate them into the design and specifications. They also made suggestions that filled in the gaps that I couldn't fully express in words, so the communication was smooth and we were able to end up with LINE accounts with the design and specifications we were looking for. They were quick to answer any questions I had, which was very reassuring. They also kept me updated on the progress, so I could leave it to them with peace of mind. I would like to ask them for help again if I open a fourth restaurant.
