Nearly three years have passed since our home was completed, and today we had our three-year inspection. Right from the initial meeting, they were so considerate and thoughtful with us, and now my family and I enjoy living in this wonderful home every day. We had been searching for land in our town for several years, considering moving, when we found an Escreate banner on what we thought was the perfect plot. However, we hesitated, thinking it might be too expensive for our budget. We continued our land search, but couldn't find a more ideal location. Finally, we couldn't give up, so we contacted them, thinking it was a long shot. We were incredibly impressed by the speed of their response immediately after our initial inquiry, and the prompt scheduling of our meeting. We built trust in them through the president's extensive knowledge and his ability to accurately answer any question we asked. Most importantly, everyone involved was incredibly kind, warm, and passionate. (The president, staff, site supervisor, master carpenter, carpenters, and equipment specialists) They understood our desires, shared them with each other, and sometimes even offered suggestions that exceeded our expectations. The happiness of having such wonderful people involved in building our precious home is a treasure we will cherish forever. We are truly grateful to have found Escreate.

Today was the handover day 𖠿⸝⋆꙳.･* It's such a lovely, cute house, and I'm looking forward to moving in. The staff and craftsmen were all very friendly and helpful, even accommodating my indecisive requests and last-minute changes. ( ᴖ ·̫ ᴖ ) The various documents and instructions at the time of handover were clearly organized, and even the smallest details were taken into consideration. I'm so glad that Escreate built my home. We built our house here after being recommended by a family member. Even though we had no knowledge about home building, they kindly and thoroughly explained everything to us, and we were able to build a stylish and comfortable home. They fulfilled all our wishes, including a spacious living room and a raised tatami room, and we enjoy living here every day!

The staff were all wonderful people, making the meetings enjoyable. I am grateful for their flexible responses to any problems that arose during construction. My dream home is stylish and I am very satisfied.
