My experience with Now Digital Easy has been a real nightmare. My rep at this company was Christina, and she wasn't responsive to my requests at all. In November 2023, I transfered/purchased 14 Google Workspace accounts. I wanted to have an admin account for each of them, so a total of 14 workspace accounts. What they did is assign 2 licenses to 7 Google Workspace accounts (using only one license per account) and creating 7 more accounts on trials. So after a while, 7 inboxes got suspended due to non payment, when the trials ended. You can imagine the logistic issue it created in my company... I tried to reach out to them many time, via Christina or their support email, nobody was replying to me.. and when I was asking to solve that issue, they was simply answering the same generic answer "We haven't transfered these 7 accounts to us". Despite me sending my invoice as a proof that I paid for these 14 emails, they still continued to repeat the same thing over and over. I really do not recommend you to use that company for Google Workspace accounts, they are terrible. Also, a colleague that was with this company have been forced to left because the renewal price was the triple as what he paid initially. They will take your business in hostage and ignore your requests. The worst company I dealt with since I own my agency.
