We had a single-story house with a loft built for us. First of all, we were amazed by the variety of exterior tiles available in Clevery Home's standard specifications, and we absolutely love the tiled deck outside. Regarding the interior, we thought it would be difficult to create a loft due to the location and were about to give up on the idea, but the person in charge suggested roof construction and other options, and we were able to make the loft a reality! As this was our first time building a house, there were many things we didn't understand and many things we were anxious about, but they provided clear support and we were able to complete the process all the way to the handover of the house! Overall, I think it was the right decision to entrust our house to Clevery Home! 100 out of 100 points!

It was a great decision to trust him. When I actually saw the finished home, it was even better than I imagined, and I was honestly very impressed. It has been carefully constructed down to the smallest detail, and is a home that you will want to cherish and live in for a long time. Even from the perspective of someone who is familiar with other companies in the same industry, I felt that their level of knowledge, proposal ability, and quality control was extremely high, and was definitely the highest among all franchisees. Looking at it all, including design ability, construction quality, structure, aesthetics, and future maintainability, I think they are a truly well-balanced home builder. This is a company I can recommend with confidence. I was able to complete my long-held dream of building a home that I am satisfied with.
