As this was my first time building a house, I had many concerns, but the person in charge was extremely polite and kindly answered even the smallest of questions. The quality of the construction was excellent, and they provided excellent after-sales service, including detailed checks even after the handover. The construction schedule proceeded as planned and was completed smoothly without any issues. The whole family is enjoying living in our new home, and I'm really glad I chose this home builder. Every detail was explained carefully, and they were very kind and helpful until all my questions and concerns were resolved. Even though it was a low-cost home, there were many different plans available, and I was satisfied with the plan that had mostly standard amenities. From the very beginning, the actual costs were clearly explained, so I was able to leave it to them with peace of mind. This was my second time building a house, and I am very satisfied with both their service and the house itself compared to my previous contractor.
